Decision of Tunis Stock Exchange N° 1/6/2021
Tunis Stock Exchange Decision N°1/6/2021 regarding Main Market subdivision, that will be applicable from 1st July 2021.
The Main Market will have three segments according to companies' market capitalisation:
- Compartment A over or equal to TND 200 Millions
- Compartment B less than TND 200 Millions
- Compartment S including issuers that:
(i) do not comply with financial information disclosure requirements
(ii) are impacted by events that may affect durably their situation or disrupt market functioning
